Our two apartments are available year-round in the historic city-center an an nearby area of Konstanz.

The 27 m2 apartment is located in the city center while an absolutely quiet residential area. The completed housing offers more space and privacy than a hotel room at a much lower cost. From the east-facing balcony with morning sun to look into a beautiful backyard and garden. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (width about 1.20 m) equipped and therefore suitable only for a single person or a couple.

Location:
City bus lines are nearby. As a guest, you can take in Konstanz free bus! The shopping area is necessary with all the walking distance in minutes.
Both Holiday flats are rented continuously from January to December. Holiday flats: In the autumn and winter months, in particular, it is possible to rent the holiday flats for a transitional period at lower costs.
